Our whistleblower and grievance mechanism – Speak. Freely.
We, the Tele Columbus Group, are convinced that we have to speak up things so that we can change them! Therefore we encourage all employees, our business partners and third parties to report possible possible misconduct by our employees, sales partners and suppliers.
Why is this important to us?
Because it corresponds to our values of simplicity – performance – humanity. We are aware that a company can occasionally have blind spots. can have blind spots. We therefore want to create an opportunity to report concerns and possible irregularities securely and confidentially.
What can be reported?
- Indications of violations of the following intellectual property rights in the Tele Columbus Group and along the value chain (i.e. direct and indirect suppliers) such as
- Violations of Human rights and labor law (according to the Supply Chain Due Dilligence Act): Protection of employees and livelihoods, protection against assaults through the use of security security forces.
- Violations of environmental standards (in accordance with the Supply Chain Supply Chain Due Dilligence Act): Protection when handling mercury, persistent organic pollutants and hazardous waste, organic pollutants and hazardous waste.
- Violations of applicable law such as bribery or corruption (in accordance with Whistleblower Protection Act)
- Violations of internal guidelines and business principles (e.g. our Code of Conduct)
Where can reports be made?
Reports can be made around the clock and, if desired, anonymously via our whistleblower procedure:
We treat every report confidentially and investigate every report diligently. We protect whistleblowers, which is why we do not tolerate any discrimination, hostility or intimidation towards whistleblowers.
